  • Palm Barstow Professional Center : 25,000 square feet of offices on the northeast corner of Palm and Barstow Streets. Developed 1979. $2,500,000s
  • Shaw East Office Center : 45,625 square foot office project on the southwest corner of Shaw and Chestnut Avenue . Developed 1980. $4,500,000

  • Parkwood Plaza : an 80,000 square foot retail center located on the Northeast corner of Cedar and Nees in Fresno , California . Located in the popular Woodward Park area. Developed 1997. $13,500,000
  • Shepherd Ranch : a 100,000 square foot retail center located on the southwest corner of Shepherd and Chestnut in Fresno , California . Developed 2001. $20,000,000
  • Cedar/Herndon: Retail property consisting of 13,000 square feet completed June 2005. $3,500,000
  • Shaw Blythe Project : projected build out approximately 20,000 square feet office/industrial building. $3,500,000
  • Parkway Trails: ..a 100,000 square foot retail center located on the northeast corner of Willow and Nees in Clovis , California . Developed 2005. $ 25,000,000
  • Sunnyside Marketplace: a 82.000 square foot retail center located on the southeast corner of Kings Canyon and Fowler, in Fresno, California . Developed 2007.

Acquisitions

  • Fresno Browning Professional Center : Six garden style office buildings containing approximately 39,304 square feet. Buildings are located on the east side of Fresno Street (between Bullard and Barstow ). Property was acquired in 2001 and enjoys a very high occupancy rate (94%). Center has predominately medical/dental space with highly improved offices. Acquired 2002. Sold 2007 - value: $7,500,000
  • Fresno Bullard Professional Center : 20,000 square feet of professional offices on the northwest corner of Fresno Street and Bullard Avenue . Acquired 1999. Sold 2007 - value: $6,800,000
  • Fresno Barstow Professional Center : 62,000 square feet of offices on the southwest corner of Fresno and Barstow Streets. Acquired 1997 - value: $6,500,000
  • Rowell Building : an existing six story, 60,000 s.f. office building in downtown Fresno . Located across the street from the court house at Van Ness & Tulare Streets this building was fully leased when acquired. Acquired 1998 - value: $4,000,000
  • Virginia Hotel : An existing three story, 30,000 square feet plus full basement building. Located in downtown Fresno. Acquired 1998. Sold 2007 - value: $1,400,000

Current Projects

  • N.E. Corner of Willow and Nees: Clovis . 10.94 acre - projected build out approximately 101,000 square feet retail center. Currently under construction - valued $32,400,000
  • Sunnyside Marketplace: 8 acre approximately 80,000 s.f. construction to begin year end 2006 - cost $16,000,000
